Day 1 - Arrival at Leh

Leh Alt. – 11500 Ft
Say hello to adventure with a flight to Leh. Our representative /driver will pick you up from the Airport (in groups) and later take you to the hotel. After checking in, take the day to acclimatise - minimum movement, 3.5 ltr water, and complete rest. We will meet in the evening for an orientation followed by dinner. Overnight stay at the Leh city.

Day 2 Leh - Dah Hanu

130 Km, 5 Hrs || 80 % Tarmac and 20 % Rough

Leh Alt. - 11500Ft || Dah hanu Alt. – 10800 feet
It is time to bid farewell to Leh. After breakfast, we will ride on the Srinagar highways to a beautiful yet hardly-touched valley of Ladakh- the Aryan Valley. After a smooth ride on the NH 1D for a while, we will take a detour to the thrilling road. You will ride on narrow mountain ledge roads along the Indus River. Upon reaching the villages, feel free to explore the surroundings, and farms and meet the Aryans. Interact with them, shop for local souvenirs, try the Brokpa traditional dress or try local liquor called 'Chhang'. Overnight at Dah Hanu Camp.

Day 3 Dah Hanu – Lamayuru - Leh

180 Km, 6 Hrs || 80 % Tarmac and 20 % Rough

Dah hanu Alt. – 10800 ft || Lamayuru Alt. - 11000 feet
With the morning sunshine, Meet the Brokpa community People (A small segment of Dard society) and understand the deep roots of unique cultural practices in the valley. Polyandry, Groom paying dowry, no dairy diet etc. are just a few to mention. By the afternoon, we will leave for Lamayuru. We will witness the monastery and later ride back to Leh city. Overnight stay at Leh.

Day 4 - Leh - Khardung La - Nubra valley

120 km , 5 Hrs || 80 % Tarmac and 20 % Rough

Leh Alt. - 11500Ft || Nubra Alt. - 10000 feet
We will leave for a higher altitude place after breakfast. We will ascend to an altitude of 18000 ft leaving the green valley. Enjoy the amazing view of the valley on the way to one of the highest motorable roads in the world. You get to spend ten minutes getting photographed at the top with 50% oxygen. Soon, you will descend to the beautiful valley along the Shyok river. We will make a brief stop at the Diskit Monastery before our destination of the day. Overnight stay in wooden cottages/ Swiss tents.

Day 5 - Hunder - Turtuk - Nubra

180 Km, 6 Hrs || 75 % Tarmac and 25 % Rough

Turtuk Alt. - 11000Ft || Nubra Alt. - 10000 feet
After breakfast, we will ride to the western part of Ladakh, the land of the last Baltis people in India. Turtuk was once occupied and administered by Pakistan till the 1971 war. Explore the cafes, schools and the museum of the only Balti village in Indi at the Indo-Pak border. Later, we ride back towards Nubra Valley. After spending some quality time at the Nubra dunes and the Double humped Bactrian camels, we will head back to our accommodation to enjoy the evening with a warm meal at Nubra Valley.

Day 6 - Nubra - Shyok Agham - Pangong Tso

180 Km, 7 Hrs || 60 % Tarmac and 40 % Rough

Nubra Alt. - 10000 feet || Pangong Alt. - 15280 feet
You will take the road along the river called Shyok which translates to the river of death in the local language. Living the legend, the route will throw challenges like water crossing, sand storms, shooting stones and mud rubbles etc. Take a walk by the shore and devour the beauty of the holy Pangong. Enjoy the night by the brackish waters of the endorheic lake in semi-deluxe tents.

Day 7 - Pangong to Tsomoriri

230 Km, 7 Hrs || 65 % Tarmac and 35 % Rough

Turtuk Alt. - 11000Ft || Nubra Alt. - 10000 feet
You start very early on this day. We will ride towards the other side of Changthang Valley to witness the second-highest optical telescope in the world. After a photo session at Pangong Lake, we will endure long riding hours. We will take minimal photo stops riding through dirt trails till Loma. Beyond Loma, we will ride to the other side of the Changthang Plateau. The scenic dirt trail will take you to the Kyagar La (Where a small but beautiful lake of the Rang region waits). Soon you will reach the lake. Enjoy the peaceful, serene evening surrounded by scenic mountains and vast open landscapes.

Day 8 - Tsomoriri to Sarchu

220 Km, 7 Hrs || 65 % Tarmac and 35 % Rough

Turtuk Alt. - 11000Ft || Nubra Alt. - 10000 feet
With the beautiful view of the lake, we will depart for another biodiversity hotspot. In the beginning, you will come across the same kind of challenges faced earlier - a dusty yellow dirt road with an astonishingly beautiful view. We will cross Pologongka La to reach Sumdo on the half-baked roads. The best thing on the way is the hot springs at Puga Valley. We will reach the home of the black-necked crane in the Rupshu Valley. Spend a serene time with the Tso Kar Lake (meaning White Lake). Later, we will travel further to Sarchu.

Day 9 - Sarchu - Morey Plains – Leh

250 Km, 6 Hrs 80 % Tarmac and 20 % Rough

Sarchu Alt. - 14500 Ft Leh Alt. – 11500 Ft
On the ride to Leh, You will ride to the multiple high-altitude passes - Naki La (15,547 Ft), Lachalung La (16,616 Ft), and Tanglang La (17582 Ft). At first, we will ride on superb roads to Pang. We will make a brief stop there for a warm meal. We will take a photo break at Morey plains, the most picturesque road stretch and the only part of the Tibetan plateau in India. Beyond the Tanglang La pass, enjoy a sweet ride around the colour-changing mountains to Upshi. Overnight stay at Leh.

Day 10 - Departure from Leh Leh

Alt. – 11500 Ft

It is time to bid adieu to the amazing gang and the beautiful city. Our team will help you arrange the transfer to the Airport as per your flight timings. See you on your next adventure.
